By merging traditional narratives with cutting-edge technology, we aim to create a series that bridges past and present, reality and magic, in an entirely new cinematic experience.
Implementation Strategy
1. Pop-Up Center Pilot Program: A short-term, intensive training program for filmmakers, artists, and AI enthusiasts in selected locations. Hands-on workshops covering AI tools in animation, scriptwriting, and post-production. Collaborative AI-driven film projects focused on local legends and folklore.
2. AI-Integrated Film Production: Develop pilot episodes of Echo of Legends: Global Edition using generative AI techniques. Partner with local filmmakers and cultural institutions to ensure authenticity and creative excellence.
3. Evaluation and Scalability: Assess the impact and effectiveness of AI-driven storytelling across different cultural landscapes. If successful, transition the pop-up initiative into permanent AI research and training centers for film and media.

While there is considerable uncertainty, it also presents immense possibilities and opportunities. Some jobs will disappear, new ones will emerge, and others will evolve and merge, marking a pivotal moment of transition.
One of our core pillars is the research and development of an educational framework aimed at understanding the profound implications of this technology. Our goal is to provide training and capacity-building opportunities for both students and established professionals, equipping them with skills, provoking thought exchange and delivering knowledge to navigate and innovate in this evolving landscape.
We are in development and implementation of a workshop format for audiovisual professionals in partnership with the Swiss National Broadcaster RSI and other partners. This initiative is designed to explore the challenges, opportunities, and limitations of this revolutionary technology, equipping industry professionals with the understanding of procedural and creative relationship AI driven models require.
