Cosimo, a Shaolin Kung Fu instructor, sets off from Switzerland with his students on a journey to the Shaolin Valley, through mountains, monasteries, and ancient traditions. Training sessions, encounters with different masters, and the challenges of daily practice transform the journey into an inner quest, a path towards self-discovery and finding one’s own way.

Then, almost as if guided by fate, a new master appears. An unexpected encounter that opens the door to a new path.

Like the lotus flower, whose roots reach deep into the mud before slowly emerging towards the light, Cosimo’s journey also grows out of the struggles of his past. Through discipline and practice, what once seemed like mud becomes the fertile ground from which a new life can emerge.
